What this validator checks
The first pass checks JSON syntax, Schema.org context, typed entities, and input size limits. The second pass checks required and recommended properties for the fourteen profiles available in the generator.
Unsupported Schema.org types are reported separately. Their JSON syntax is still checked, but this tool does not claim that it has validated every property in the full Schema.org vocabulary.
Use both official tests before publishing
Schema.org's validator checks the wider vocabulary and can read JSON-LD, Microdata, and RDFa. Google's Rich Results Test checks whether a live page is eligible for supported Google search features.
A passing result does not guarantee a rich result. The visible page content, crawl access, search policies, and Google's result selection still matter.
Create a fresh JSON-LD block
Use the schema markup generator when you want a guided form for an aggregate rating, article, breadcrumb, event, FAQ page, job posting, local business, organization, person, product, recipe, review, video, or website.
Your markup stays in the browser
Pasted text and local files are checked in this browser tab. The tool does not upload the markup or request any URLs found inside it.
